founded in Chennai, India in 1995. The group extended its activities
in Europe, Africa and Asia through a global network.
NatureSoft in Mauritius
NatureSoft (Mauritius) was established in 2000. We’ve done already a
long and successful way in few years. We provide below a resume of
our story. NatureSoft (Mauritius)is a member of NatureSoft Global
Network.
The Beginning
NatureSoft (Mauritius) Ltd (NSM) was founded in 2000 as a non
limited partnership by the existing Executive Director, Alexandre
Retif, and a Mauritian Chartered Accountant. Both of them were
coming from a Big 5 Management Consulting firm. The initial focus
was on computer software consultancy, an approach that proved to be
a great success, covering a wide scope of complex consultancy
projects. Another part was Information System auditing and business
advisory services. Today this still forms an important part of the
company's day-to-day business, and is one of the reasons why we are
able to attract graduates to staff our technical activities.
Fast Growing Up
In few months, the success of the business brought us to create a
limited company. We decided to segregate our consultancy services
from our audit activities, in order to avoid potential conflicts of
interest.
Since our very first assignment, NSM growth has consistently
exceeded 100% year on year. This level of growth has necessitated a
very sustained and focused investment program covering all aspects
of the business giving us arguably leadership in several
niche-markets on a local basis, enabling us to develop some
high-quality solutions sold now on an international basis. Moreover
services and software solutions provided to international
organisations such as World Bank are confirming our expertise and
quality of solution. This enabled successful award of projects in
the Public and para-statal sector to our firm.
Other developments include an online activity tracking capability
via our in house Web site as a first stage in what we call
internally our "Transparency program" aimed at giving all our
clients a full immediate insight into all aspects of their
relationship with NSM. We have also introduced a new technical
support software suite developed in house to ensure all calls are
tracked, handled effectively and the problems resolved.
The Future
Given that our advertising budget must be the lowest in the industry
we are very aware that our success to date and our futures has but
one key, servicing our current customers effectively, professionally
and promptly. Whatever the development in the coming years they will
all be focussed on one objective: servicing our customers needs more
effectively. |
